My personal oppinion is to buy the COPO, Carrol did the best he could with what he had to work with but the Camaros and Chevelles are all around better engineered cars.

L78, No the date is not seperated by the forwad slash. I am assuming it is a date because of it fitting the build date of the car perfectly. Maybe that 9 means 79, Its a long shot but it could be...
