How can he say it is a L89 when the engine is gone.

I've seen figures of L89 verts and I think it was less than 10 produced. Jan |

The tach should be a 6k redline 7K max, however this has a 6k/8k which was used exclusely on the Z28 during mid year production. Obviously the tach could have been swapped out over time...

There is no way to prove without any documentation or original parts. And anyone can write on the firewall what they want. This car has been on ebay a few times before. A great fishing expedition!!!!!!!! If he is lucky, he might get a sucker on the line.

this has the early narrow spoiler ... the VIN does not match that feature

gotta love the embellishment of the Z23 Special Interior option: "-FACTORY HIGH HORSEPOWER PASSENGER SIDE DASH GRAB HANDLE (HIGH HP DELUXE TRIM CARS ONLY)" umm, EVERY Z23 car had it, even your grannies 6 cylinder powerglide ... that is one rusty / rotted but straight car ... I am sure worse has been resurrected ...
