What gasket was use from the factory? The car had copper gaskets when torn down. Would a good Fell pro composition gasket with a steel compression ring be fine for the aluminum block and heads? I am assuming the torque specs are the same as an iron combo? It never hurts to double check. Thanks guys.

Be careful because the last two L89 cars I did had a very different gasket that iron head.I have a L89 engine at the shop now and ill check with my tech and see what he says is right.

Here is something that I posted a while back. I think that while the torque specs are the same, they did use longer bolts.
