Vortecpro the car was bought new in Lincoln Nebraska and then was traded in on a new Torino at a ford dealer in Littleton, CO and then was purchased by a guy from Ordway, CO and was driven in the Ordway/Rocky Ford/La Junta area until being purchased in/around 1985 and put into storage in Scott City Kansas

I saw a post on a drag racing forum where a guy said he knew the owner of ZL1 #22. It was bought from Mac's with a 375 hp 396. The guy raced it with the L78. He said the engine was put in a Corvette race car and was blown up, then the engine was sitting in the showroom of Mac's Chevy on display. I don't know it the story is true but he posted these pics.

I checked the CRG ZL1 list on #22 and it shows a silver car from Mac's
