The 72 Formula I'm restoring for a customer has one. Appears to be original, and has a metal pull tab on the driver side that is riveted on.
My 72 Chevelle however doesn't have one, and neither does my 70 Formula. I've rarely seen them on muscle cars. The Formula I'm restoring is the first one I've seen in several years.
