Default License plate fuel filler access

There was a GM accessory stainless steel license plate frame that was bent at the top as a formed handle at the for fingertip pull of the license plate and bracket. It attached to the actual license plate by 4 springsteel brackets. My Dad purchased one for his brand new1969 Buick Electra 225 4 dr. from Lake Buick in Cleveland, OH in Feb. of 1970. It was a 1969 end of model year holdover the dealership had to get rid of. I was with Dad when he bought it off the showroom floor for $4200.00, what a deal! I think I still have it somewhere as he traded in the car in 1973 for a 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Don.
