Sounds like my friends Glockner COPO. It was badged as a Z28 with engine and trans gone, but had all the indicators of a COPO. I was looking thru the COPO chapter in McNeish’s Z28 book one day and there was a bunch of trim tag pictures. One of them was from a Glockner COPO one number away from my friends. If I remember right there’s three Glockner COPO’s with sequential numbers and could be more.
