I'm showing front coil spring #3955725 was an HB suffix code recommended on the 1969 Camaro:

*Model 12437 with Heavy Duty springs AND base engine AND JL-8 brakes when front weight was between 345-426lbs.
*Model 12437 with Heavy Duty springs and either L-35,L-35,L-78 engine when front weight was between 345-426lbs.
*Model 12437 with Standard springs and either L-34,L-35,L-78 engine when front weight was between 345-426lbs.
*Model 12467 with Standard springs and either L-34,L-35,L-78 engine when front weight was between 263-344lbs.
*Model 12437 with Heavy Duty springs and either L-48,L-65 engine when front weight was between 345-426lbs.
*Model 12437 with Heavy Duty springs with Z/28 when front weight was between 263-344lbs.
*Model 12467 with Heavy Duty springs with Base engine, but NOT JL-8 when front weight was between 263-344lbs.

Great info.

The Z is an 04C.
The options may push it to the 263# threshold for the springs. Endura, RS, Cowlhood, Console, instrumentation... etc.

I will also have to check the vintage certification sheets for the car. They never mentioned the springs when the car was being certified.
