Default Re: Dust shield/caliper bracket finish

Original G.M Dustshields were stamped from already galvanized sheetmetal. It is my opinion that used dustshields can not be galvanized in the same manner as the flat sheeting is done. I had mine clear(silver)zinc plated as I feel many others do also.

The caliper brkts are yellow zinc dichromate
