While the dog solution may keep him off your property, should the dog bite him, there's a chance you could be at fault.
It's to your advantage that your wife saw this instead of you. Call the local police agency and file a report. Having your wife give the officer the story would also be a good thing as it does add to the indecient exposure side vrs trespassing. Bottom line is the const co should have a porta potty on site.
