PI$$ED OFF

I had to post this because I am so mad https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif that I can't see straight (can barely type). I wanted to ask for suggestions on handling an absurd problem.

My wife just called to tell me that she saw one of the construction workers from across the street walk onto our property and use our shrubs for an outhouse.

All I want to do is take a 2x4 and teach him some AMERICAN https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif manners and lessons on respect. But, I know where that will get me.

I know they will be gone when I get home, so I am trying to find a solution for tomorrow.

Has anyone else dealt with anything like this?

Sorry about this post, but I had to vent somewhere.

Eric

Re: PI$$ED OFF

carefully place your dog in the front yard...
position him with just enough rope so that he can cover the perimiter of your yard, make sure that the rope doesn't appear too strong or sturdy, giving would be yard users the impression that the rope could give way at any time.

i think they will avoid your yard rather than risk the consequences.

just a thought https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif

Call the local police/sheriff and report indecent exposure. Let "nature" take its course.

You can also call the office of the Construction Company, ask for the owner, and lodge a formal complaint. If the property has an owner you can notify him as well.

Both the above are correct. Call the company and the local police.

Re: PI$$ED OFF

eventually you might get some help from the construction company or the police...

key word being eventually

the dog is the quickest and surest soloution

plus it saves a lot of phone calls and frustration dealing with the construction company and the police department.

you could also strategically place a sprinkler in the offenders favorite spot and hit the on spicket when he returns to your yard, the first time he gets wet he'll find another spot to go https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif

Or teach your wife how to use a pellet gun.

While the dog solution may keep him off your property, should the dog bite him, there's a chance you could be at fault.
It's to your advantage that your wife saw this instead of you. Call the local police agency and file a report. Having your wife give the officer the story would also be a good thing as it does add to the indecient exposure side vrs trespassing. Bottom line is the const co should have a porta potty on site. You have a legitimate bitch.

[/ QUOTE ] Based on the body part exposed, it might be worth it and let your home owners insurance plan take care of it https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif. Now if the worker is an illegal alien, you will have NO rights and will probaly get sued and lose your shirt.
