carefully place your dog in the front yard...
position him with just enough rope so that he can cover the perimiter of your yard, make sure that the rope doesn't appear too strong or sturdy, giving would be yard users the impression that the rope could give way at any time. i think they will avoid your yard rather than risk the consequences. just a thought ![]() |

Call the local police/sheriff and report indecent exposure. Let "nature" take its course.

You can also call the office of the Construction Company, ask for the owner, and lodge a formal complaint. If the property has an owner you can notify him as well.

Both the above are correct. Call the company and the local police.

eventually you might get some help from the construction company or the police...
key word being eventually the dog is the quickest and surest soloution plus it saves a lot of phone calls and frustration dealing with the construction company and the police department. you could also strategically place a sprinkler in the offenders favorite spot and hit the on spicket when he returns to your yard, the first time he gets wet he'll find another spot to go ![]() |
