Mac, file a complaint with the DMV or whatever agency controls repair shops...I assume they are licensed in Canada...also contact the local Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, Attorney General, etc...if they get hit with inquiries from seveal of these at once....you might be surprisd how fast they step up...give it a shot..
wilma ...or better yet, hire Al and Jesse to protest out in front of the place...you'll get a new truck!!
