I really don't know much about this tach.
It does move the needle when I spin the cable. I'm fairly sure it would run off the distributor, but I never used one like it. It came with a bunch of things out of an old mechanics shop. Ideas on the year? |

-----Rick,,, That looks like the other end of a Corvette tach cable. Ill bet you could use any Corvette tach-drive distributer and that tach cable would would hook right up!!!.......Bill S
