Ive personally never seen a Yenko Camaro Clone bring 100k and if it did Im sure alot of booze was involved! ZL1 clones have brought 100k and just over maybe that is what you were thinking of. As far as restoring/building one DONT DO IT, you will lose you butt when it comes time to sell. If you look you can find a very nice restored Camaro/Nova plain jane car for under 30k, then pick up the phone and get all the stripes and emblems from Classic industries, buy a 427 Crate motor and 12 bolt and boom you have a nice clone for under 40k.
