..I've dealt with repop tires seeming to have some waxy crap building up on them but never sweaty tires and hoses !! Weird ! Maybe because my barn is heated..

I had the same problems with my heater hoses AND the hose from the washer solvent bottle to the wiper motor. And I never treated the hoses with Armorall etc.
