The old Glasurit '21 line' (flat) works great if you can find it. The hardener gives it a nice semi gloss sheen.

I worked in the paint mixing room at G.M. in 1959. we mixed by the 55 gal. drums. If we spilled some in mixing we did'nt throw it away it was just a little off color.You see,nothing is perfect.

I ended up painting the firewall/floors/hood underside The Spies Hecker Rally Matt Black ,came out very nice and very durable. My painter, who has many years experience, said the paint was very high quality for a single stage, it ain't cheap though. SULLY
