Hello
New to the board. I found this Nova relisted and it looks like it was just a plain Jane Nova. The vin listed in the auction now starts with 11327 instead of 11427 as previously listed. Also if no one noticed in the photos it has the 6 cyl radiator shroud. Still a nice looking ride but by no means an SS or let alone a Motion conversion unless Joel converted plain jane's as well. He's changed the description from being a "Motion" car to a car built with Motion parts.

Hey Term, how's your car coming along?

It's coming along slowly but making progress. I don't have much free time to spend on it. I have spent the summer cleaning up the underside of the car. It's looks really good, solid clean metal for the most part. I'm close to getting it done and then painting it. I really liked the Nova on ebay as it looks just about like mine minus the side pipes.

I'll second that. Let's see some pics and hear more details about the car. Is this a documented BM Nova?

Sure thing as soon as I figure out how to post them. I have confirmed from the original owner that is was sold through baldwin chevrolet and is an original phase III car. I came across the car about 16 or so years ago in Trenton on a trip to NJ and bought it for about $2K. It still has most of the phase III goodies such as the CD ignition, hood tach and rear suspension. The fuel pumps are gone but the hole is still in the trunk where is was attached. It was originally Blue with a black vinyl top which I hope to put back on the car and get it looking like it did when new.
