The 1970 L-78 & LS-6 used the #811 Waterpump regardless of Car it was installed in,not the #065. #065 was used for engines before the 1970 release,Maybe,Maybe Aug.-Sept. 69 built cars got them,at least from my findings. Your not going to find an #065 dated Dec.69,they stopped making them around May 69?? I have an #811 here I took off an LS-6,dated L 69.
