In '68 Ford introduced the Torino GT as the top of the line of the Fairlane. Bottom was Fairlane then Fairlane 500 then Torino GT. GT had C stripe as did '69. Fastback model in 500 & GT. Owned '69. Ho boy, it was a January 2 made car. Kevin may remember it if he reads this. Same color as pic above with white stripe.

There also was a regular Torino in the heirarchy. And the '68 had a much different C stripe than the '69. The '68's followed the beltline along the top. This is for the fastback. The coupe and ragtop had the traditional stripe along the rockers.

There never was a SCJ 351, especially in 1972. There was a Gran Torino Sport available with a 351CJ, and I believe the 351HO (low-compression Boss engine) was available too. There was one of the former at the Pure Stock drags this fall.
