I've been to the Memorial twice and it is something to see.
I even got to stay on the base for 10 nights and eat "mess" food. I hope to make it back there someday.

My Uncle was on the Oklahoma when it was hit by a torpedo, rolled on it's side and settled in the mud. Thankfully, he got out alive but was always haunted by the screams of his fellow ship-mates whom he couldn't save.

Let us never forget the brave men and women serving at Pearl Harbor on that 'infamous' day!

Mark, Tell him Mahalo, if it were not for him and others like him, we could not enjoy what we do today.

Trivia, Anyone care to guess who gave $50K to help get the USS Arizona Memeorial off the drawing board and built???

Jeff,

"A little less conversation a little more action please"
"Don't be Cruel" "I'm all shook up"
"It's Now or Never"

Am I close?

Sam,

Do you have a picture that shows all the names beginning with "A"?

I always liked Elvis when I was growing up. Now I have a even bigger respect for what he did to get this off the ground.

More triva: Did you know that there are very few Capicorn born famous people in history. Elvis is one of the few.
