Very interesting. So that documents that at least 2 Motion IROC-Z's were built. I am also starting to see a trend between on how these vehicles were assembled.
Cosmetically the both use a 'wide body kit', quad tipped exhaust (though the red car has two sets of pipes where as the yellow one only has them on the passenger side) and both front and rear blackout light panels. The powertrain's are also the same (or at least very similar). The motor on the red car is a 1970 Chevy 350, overbored .030 to 355 cubic inches, a B&M blower with dual side-draft weber carburetors, and NOS. Does the yellow vehicle have special rear bumper emblems that read "MOTION SuperCharged 5.7 LITER H.O."? By the way, the words 'SuperCharged' are in a completely different lettering then the rest of the emblem. Has anyone else found any other documentation to substantiate the existance of other Motion-Z's? I'd love to get my hands on one. ![]() |

Motion may also have done some mid 80s Firebirds or TAs. I think a TA was built for Kenwood that had the wide body kit and SuperCharger. Motion also did a wild 4 seat Corvette show car in the mid 80s.
