Default Engine shoot out in MCE

Nice article in this month's MCE about a 427 engine shootout, featuring a ZL-1 engine of CopoPetes and a Ford engine belonging to Brian Stefina.

Finally got my issue today. Looks good. I think the postman liked Marks car on the cover, cause it looked like it was read 1000 times!

I don't blame the postman...that's one of my 2-3 all time favorite Camaros.

It's amazing how close the specs, and thus end result, are between that FoMoCo 427 and our BBC 427. Brian and I have compared notes, and it's spooky...

I have had to get the last two issues of MCE replaced due to ripped and torn covers and pages. I subscribe to Hot Rod, Corvette Fever, MCE, and Hemmings Muscle Machines, and MCE is the only one that ever shows up in rough shape.

Same here, TJ. The most recent issue is the first one in about 4 issues to arrive NOT looking like it took a detour through a paper shredder...

I haven't had any problems getting replacement issues, though. They send them to me in a 1st class envelope. It's just aggravating! Dan
