Sorry, I wasn't commenting on the grammar choice, but rather on how Yenko would get his name attached to an already cast block?

I believe that Yenko started producing the blocks somewhat later when GM ceased production of them. That is how certain blocks received YENKO cast into them. Yenko had them in his Marine Parts program.

Also, I'm not sure I understand how you could down-size the bore by putting in a smaller ID sleeve. I'm assuming that the thickness of the sleeves are the same, and therefore if the ID increases so does the OD. If you bored out the block to install a larger OD sleeve, how do fill the gap surrounding the smaller OD sleeve?

Is the price really $17k?
