sleeves are very strong when installed properly. I've sleeved entire blocks for people many times. i get 100.00
per hole for the sleeve and installation. if you have that matching block you can save it ! really you should tru the decks when done but if you are lucky it wont take much to clean them up and your original number stamps might still be visible!  my 2 cents worth...steve
