I know what you mean about the inconsistencies of the photos. I still prefer the CHP article. I did not like the tone of the writter ( scarcasism etc ) in Hot Rod. I'm waiting for my October issue of Muscle Car. I own #47 02 Phase III. Regards, Steve

Steve, I think you'll like the article written in MuscleCar Enthusiast the best. I know I did. I thought it was well written and had more facts and numbers than any other article I have read.

if the numbers are all kept under raps, what well keep someone from someday faking 1, that is what i ment by publishing all the numbers. all the serial numbers for the ZL1'S were published along time ago and you don't see people claiming to have a real one that is a fake, because we would all know it. so if the numbers were published it would help every one of us from someday buying a fake!!!!!!!!
