Hi Bob;
Recheck the part number, I think it should end in ...692. The date appears correct, late '69. The later style H2O pumps with the reinforcing ribs are incorrect. It is best to reuse your original pump, just send it out for a rebuild. I sent mine to a place in Ft. Salonga (sp?), NY, it cost a whopping $65 - well worth the money. There are various vendors that advertise in Hemmings that will rebuild your pump, I can check my latest issue tonight if you'd like.

Thanks. The numbers were very hard to read and I appreciate your responses. Marlin, if you find the rebuilder's name or phone number, I'll give them a call. Thanks again.

Bob;
Sorry for the delay in getting you the Hemmings Ad: Fuel and water pump sales and rebuilding, fastest service, one year guarantee. Arthur Gould, 6 Dolores Lane, Fort Salonga, NY 11768. 631-754-5010. They did a nice job on my pump, quick turnaround as well.
