Mark, I too have wondered about this association? JoeC posted a copy of the invoice to Don Yenko for charges of a 427 Camaro conversion while in St. Louis. The scratched out part is that of Sanders and Carlsbad, NM?

This venture seems to have happened during the 62-63 years, while both were campaigning the factory backed, lightweight 409's & 427 Z-11's? An automotive shop in joint ownership is still a question of when & how long? Information Welcome?

A post by Tommy McNeely, another racer from the Southwest Region several years back, mentions about He, Dick Harrell, & Frank Sanders were on their way to Sanders shop in Phoenix to get a set of S&S headers preparing for an upcoming match race. The year was 1965 as told by Tommy!
