Standard plastic air lines used on other shocks. I had some left over, but I believe I gave them to the guy who bought my El Camino.
Yes, that bushing normally comes out using a press and a piece of pipe. I did not want to remove it, because it is needed for a 10 bolt rear application. Remove for 12 bolt. Not sure why Chevy used two different lower plates.
