Hogdaddy, My bolt holes (White PAinted Lid) look nothing like yours, where I see a square nut...............I still dont comprehend the "tabs" that people have spoken about....
Any further thoughts on my lid being original GM ??? or absolutely NOT ????????

Those tabs are not on later deck lids per CRG. CRG shows the many differences in deck lids over the years and they all have date codes. I believe I may be one of the first to point out that they all had nuts inside the bolt holes or maybe no one realized the aftermarket lids did not. Either way I am almost certain (99.9%) you have an aftermarket deck lid.
