Thanks for posting that!
It's a reminder I have given my kids many times. When they mention how times are so hard and they wonder how long the country will survive I remind them of their history classes when they were taught about the civil war where Americans were killing Americans, brave American boys storming the beach at Normandy, the Great Depression, people building bomb shelters, Black Friday, and so many other examples of how resilient this country is when the times are toughest. Best country in the world! The way it looks now Ukraine might be the second best!

Same here, when my kids start complaining (5 all adults) I remind them they can live anywhere in the world they choose and to feel free to try it out....no takers so far.
I pray the Ukrainian's prevail in some way. It just seems so odd to see that type of event going on at this time and yet it is a reminder of a lot of things....I won't go into here.
