Rock Auto has the muffler for less than $30.
Didn't see the tail pipes listed, but would guess someone has them pre made. When I was building my El Camino, I bought a complete dual exhaust system for less than $200. One normally spends more than that at the muffler shop. Piece of cake putting on pre-bent pipes.
