When doing my resto, I only cut a small round hole for column to go through the pad, I did not remove that large section, no pics of that of course

Just red oxide primer and 3m sealer that dries hard.

The only red oxide primer I found was a bit more orange. No response from anyone else. so I'll just go with what I have. Thanks, for the response.
