FWIW I was curious and checked my original (pretty certain anyway, it was on there in 78 when I got the car) and it is a 4 holer. Early April build car.

Bumping up an Old thread as I just Picked up a MINT NOS 1970 Only Rear Speaker cover directly from a GM kit. This one is the 4 hole variant.
Painted a dark gray color and includes original bolts with serrated washers. You can see below I pulled this out of the GM kit as that photo contains the same cover. $160 with FREE Shipping to lower 48 states. Now *SOLD*
