The blemish the guy's are talking about is a smooth flat surface with the grain missing. It would be located around the middle of the dash pad. I have that same blemish on my Z pad and was told by the judges back in 08 Vette Fest it was a repop. Goes to show, how much some judges know. There is always room for some learning for everyone about these cars, even judges...
