I have only heard that they tuned or converted 68 Gibb COPO's, but there is at least one documented 69 Nova DH...BKH

Info and records indicate that there were at least two 1969 DH converted Novas, both from the same dealer and it was not Fred Gibb Chevrolet.

But all the 1968 Harrell cars were converted Fred Gibb COPOs?

Mark Fuss' 68 Harrell Nova mentioned in the above link was featured in the October 1990 issue of Chevy High Performance. It is a Dusk Blue, bench seat, TH400 car with a Harrell installed L88. It was not a COPO car. I don't know what kind of documentation it has.
