Based on all the cars I have seen the blue door label did not appear until the 70 model year [only exception I can think of would be some late build 69 Camaros??].

As for the tune up sticker...after looking at photos of 69 cars, I would say it goes on the driver's side...for some reason I have never seen the cooling system sticker on a 69 BB Nova....I don't think they put one on that year.

Trunk sticker locations, as discussed, can vary...there are several folks on here with survivor 69 SS Novas...perhaps they can offer some input.
