I made mine using the foam filter material sold at Lowes. It's used against the face of window type A/C units. 4 years and have never had a problem.

Hi guys, thanks for all the suggestions. Not in a panic timewise, so have saved the ebay link as one option, but will also explore a couple of the methods mentioned. I will be driving the car that this will be used on, so want to be sure it is functional. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/youguysrock.gif[/img]

</div></div> Yup i agree 100% with Hemicolt.Frost King AC filter only a few bucks from lowes .They are fuel proof been using them for a few years .You can make 2 elements from 1 package.Copy and paste link to lowes page with the filters . http://www.lowes.com/pd_78359-1410-F...amp;facetInfo= ![]()
