My Dog "Jax" passed away today.

Could not have said that better myself. Our dog is there the moment he senses something is wrong. When he is bad he begs for forgiveness and does not attempt to place blame on 'someone' else. He never argues or fights with us. When strangers approach he goes and sits between us and them until he is comfortable. He sleeps in bed with us and cannot possibly get any closer to us and sometimes even pushes us out of bed. He never takes sides. Absolute unconditional love. There is a reason they call them &quot;Man's best friend&quot;!

Hang in there Dan. When you least expect it, another &quot;Jax&quot; will come into your life and take over where the original left off. Been there, done that MANY times. I miss all my pets, no too were alike and none were loved any more than the other.
