My Dog "Jax" passed away today.
 

A very sad day today, our Black Lab "Jax" passed away today.
He was such a good boy, he would have been 14 years old on Sept, 5th.

He was the smartest Dog I have ever owned, he was bi-lingual and was the valedictorian of his dog training class.

We will miss our pal "Jax"

Sad to hear your news Dan. We lost our black Lab "Cubby" in 08 and think of her often. Any pix of Jax?

Sorry to hear about Jax's passing.
March is especially bad for us, too. Over the past decade we have lost two of our canine buddies to cancer, both of them on St. Patricks Day. Both had Irish names, too.
We stopped naming our dogs with Irish names after Patty died in 2006.

Our Casey passed away almost a full year ago now. A part of the family was lost that day...

Dan Labs are the best dogs. I had a black lab also named Bullet that we had to put down a couple of years ago due to old age he was 13. It was one of the hardest things I had to do. I feel your pain. We thought that we would never be able to replace him. But then my son talked me into getting Shelly a female black Lab, what a great dog she has turned out to be.

I lost my yellow lab Sarah a few years back. Greatest dog on the planet. I miss her everyday.

Dan, some of the worst days in life are when you loose a pet. Sorry to hear about your boy Jax.
