Neat car - did I miss where it was mentioned what it had for an original engine?

Jake,
It was originally a 6cyl, 3-spd car that migrated into a drag car, mostly with a 283. It had a little stint with a 409 but the owner never could get it to run right and gave up on it and went back to a 283. Verne |

"I was told that the car will remain in the family "forever", and that was a very good thing to hear."
Sad to see that did not stay true. I have had many of my restorations take the same route and sometimes that hurts.
