I am a ways from completing my 67 Z build and I was just curious if the engine would run correctly if I just ran a short bypass hose from the carbs smog inlet to outlet, therefor omitting the smog pump completely?
Pardon for not being specific. I read somewhere that GM experience backfiring problems during 67 for some reason and I have forgotten where I read this or what the corrective action was. Amen on the Grace
