I saw this post and wanted to ask a questions about a motor that I purchased a couple of months ago. I was able to find a complete L-78 minus carb and intake. Its a "CE" stamped motor early 1971 casting. The motor is absolutely perfect with only 12,000 miles. Dissassembled in 1974 to be built as a race motor; it was oiled up and never assembled again. The cross-hatch is still in the cylinder walls. Being a "CE" motor does it have good value?
