While browsing through the current Hemmings Motor News(June), I saw a dealer ad for a 1969 Yenko(page #224). The Orange and white "Yenko" was offered for less than 60K. So, of course, it couldn't be real. Curiously, I went to the dealer's website and there, lo and behold, was the word "tribute". I don't know why the dealer didn't put that same word in the published ad, maybe they just forgot. But, online, they do have a full picture of the cowl plate. Does anyone know what this car was originally?

He probably wants the curious prospective buyer to do exactly as you did, click on his website and look at the rest of the cars details, and his other inventory too. You were wise to do that,as we all should be. |
