Stevenson Motor Co. in Canyon, TX 47-510
The '72 Suburban I just picked up shows the following on it's P-o-P:
Stevenson Motor Co. <u>47-510</u> Box 510 Canyon TX 79015 Anyone ever heard of this dealer? Or even better, anyone know of a "Max Hoffman Route 1 Box 348" that lived in Canyon, TX?

Maybe Max Hoffman (1904-1981) the original US Porsche importer had it...could it be?.

Yes, I was the dealer. This is my family dealership, since sold long ago.
The Max Hoffman in question was a farmer based near the small farming community of Umbarger. Max was my father's friend. Rather certain, as a boy, I attended a large German Catholic wedding featuring Max's daughter.
