Holy Moses!
 That's a power wheelchair, and if he didn't get both rear wheel motors disengaged, (free wheel mode),I hope they were off the ground from being backed into the grill, otherwise they would have been smoked off of the rims. With the front casters on the road, and the push handles locked into the grill, he could have ridden all day like that.  Remember, ALWAYS wear your seat belt.

Dang...
guy in the wheel chair was calm??? I would have died of a heart attack screaming like a women!...imagine being stuck on that grill and praying you dont come loose..holy moly.
