Default 69 Chevelle Heater Delete Plate

I am in need of a the heater control delete plate that fits in the dash for a 1969 Chevelle. I would also be interested in a picture of one. Any information of any kind would be a tremendous help. Thanks a lot.

If I am not mistaken all 69 model cars delivered in the US mainland were required to have a defroster... so by default they recieved the heater.
If this is the case then that part is made from unobtainium.

Pretty sure those darn Hawaiians could choose to delete the heater. I have either a radio or heater delete plate...I forgot which one it is !!!
