Default 1969 Z/28 clutch setup

Your opinions for a clutch setup? I have a Hayes diaphragm in it now and I think it is getting close. What is the best street/strip combo you guys like? 10.5 or 11", Doesn't matter. Thanks, Sam

I took the centerforce out of the L72 Vette... I did not like it and don't suggest them.

Which Centerforce? I've heard absolutely NOTHING but good comments about the Ceterforce Dual Friction units...it's what I will be putting in my Y-Chevelle...

Just took a Hays diaphragm out of my COPO after 46 miles as it had a very heavy pedal and chattered way too much for my liking. Installed a Centerforce II 11 inch..and absolutely love it..light, pedal great clamping force and smooth as glass.

Zoom, Hayes, McLeod...the Pure Stock folks have tried 'em all, and they've hated them and went to Centerforce...as I said above, Mosport is *honestly* the first guy I've heard of that didn't like the Centerforce unit...

I also have the CF Dual Friction in my 302, it has a very soft easy pedal and it bites like a Pit Bull.
