1972 Nova Super Sport: This car is a Real Super Sport car and very original. Its Pewter Silver on black, with a black vinyl roof. Retains its original L-48 motor.

Mechanical - The motor is original and still retains its original A.I.R. smog system. The engine pad is undoubtedly the original. It has never been decked or re-stamped. To my knowledge, all mechanicals on the motor are original including heads, water pump, carb, intake and valve covers. The transmission is believed to be original. The rear end is the original 10 bolt posi with a 3:42 diff. The car also has a new dual exhaust system with flow master mufflers.

Interior - The interior is highly original. Its the standard interior option. The only work that has been done to the interior that I know of is some minor re upholstery work on both the front and rear bench seat. That was done prior to me purchasing the car. The only interior work I did was recover the headrests with original staples. The dash pad was replaced before I purchased the car, I do have the original dash pad which goes with the sale of the car.

Exterior - Before I purchased the nova it was cosmetically restored. It was repainted the original color Pewter Silver (paint code 14). The only rust I see on the car is on the passenger side fender there is a few small bubbles, and on the lip of the hood there is some bubbling and paint cracks. The paint on this car is an 8/10. The wheels are correctly dated 14x7 "CL" stamped wheels. They were professionally restored and painted with base/clear to match the rest of the car.

Documentation: This car is heavily documented with the original Build Sheet, Tank Sticker (still on the tank), tons of invoices, the original title, full owner history, the original license plates, and license plate frames. The car also has its original ignition key, an original owners manual, and a few brochures regarding the options on this car.

What I have done to the Nova:
After getting the car home I found that the floor pans were rusted. Therefore, I had the pans sectioned and professionally redone. I replaced the front two pans and the passenger side rear pan. The restoration shop owner is a true perfectionist and not a single trace of the work can be found. In addition, we replaced the hoses, belts, heater core, thermostat, horn, rebuilt the steering column, and rebuilt the heater control box. I decided to take off the original Saginaw shifter and replaced it with a Hurst Setup. I still have the original shifter and it does go with the car. I gave the car a tune up with new plugs, distributor cap, rotor, vacuum advance cam and points. We also did some minor suspension work. It runs and drives great!

At this point the only thing this Nova needs is to be driven.

I am willing to consider all offers so please don't hesitate to make me one.
Trades welcomed.

$30,000 obo

Thanks,

-Dave
