So is this a *real* Nickey car?
Went to a local car show this weekend...saw this car. So is this a re-creation or the real deal...and how can you tell? Does anyone know anything about it? Good looking car either way....More pics here:

Josh, you must be a local boy. I've seen that car before, but not close up. The people I asked said it wasn't.
 The boss 429 is my daughter in laws dad's car. He bought it from his dad, who bought it new. Very cool car, as much as I hate to say that about a Ford.

Yup Im a local...
 Les is a heckova nice guy.....I understand he has 4+ 69/70 Boss 429's they are all beautiful cars....and yes...pretty frickin cool...even if it is a blue oval... As for the Camaro....its a late 67 (12E) SS/RS. I thought that most of the Supercars started out that way (at least in 67)...as SS350 cars...past that I have no idea how to tell. I overheard things at the show...but never talked to the owner...so cant say if he says it is a real Nickey either... Thanks for the comment Bruce...glag you enjoyed them.

I would have stayed with the flat hood and kept the spoiler off. But then I think the Black Vinyl top should have stayed as well. And loose the caution fan sticker!

When did Les get a red one? Geez, you can't keep up with him. What's that make, 4 boss 429s? He's got some very nice hemi E bodies too. Les owns Les Baer cusrom firearms. Builds those sniper rifles that can reach out and touch you a long ways away. And your right. He's a very nice guy.
Doc says my eyes are just fine.  I was lookin at the car. Never saw LesDoc said my eyes ain't that bad.
